HANDMADE ITEMS:

7-17 BUSINESS DAYS

Since all pieces are handmade and made to order there is a production time of approximately 1-2.5 weeks after your item is ordered. We thank you for your patience during the time of production. After production each piece is then thoroughly inspected to ensure the highest quality. 

We provide complimentary standard shipping for all US orders over $100

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your shipment (excludes weekends and holidays). A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is shipped out. HoyangPoon is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.

 

SHIPPING RATES AND TIME

First Class (US only): Calculated base rate arrives is 3 business days

 

 

MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (USPS) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of USPS. HOYANGPOON will not be obligated to handle such issues. For more information please contact shophoyangpoon@gmail.com
